Our council’s next Community Program event will be placing flags at the graves of veterans for Patriot Day.
Patriot Day, observed as the National Day of Service and Remembrance occurs on September 11 of each year in memory of the people killed in the 2001 September 11 attacks. This year Patriot Day (9/11) falls on Saturday so we will be placing the flags on Friday 10th at 5:00pm at the Dublin Cemetery.
Join fellow Past Grand Knight Bill Sabatino at the Dublin Cemetery. It is located at 190 Monterey Drive (next to Dublin Community Church in Old Dublin).
In the past, the flags have been placed throughout the cemetery in less that an hour. All Knights, their families, and friends are welcome!
