The Knights of Columbus and TMIY are hosting a Lenten Soup Supper. We need plenty of volunteers to bring in soups and breads.
SBK Committees volunteer to “host” one Soup Supper during the Lenten Season. The
host committee schedule for 2024 has been approved by each committee chair and is
outlined above.
As a host committee you should:
1. Ensure that your group can produce 20+ soup makers.
a. If you cannot, please let me know and I will send a request out to CREW.
2. Ensure that your group can produce 20+ loaves of bread
a. If you cannot, do not worry, some parishioners who attend bring loaves of
bread as their contribution
3. Ensure that you have 2-3 volunteers who can arrive at 5:15pm to help set up.
4. Ensure that you have 4-5 volunteers that can stay until 7:30pm to help clean up.
